An object of the present invention is to provide: an extrudable vinylidene chloride-based copolymer resin composition having reduced odor and excellent cuttability when the resin composition is made into a wrap film; and a wrap film made of the resin composition. In the vinylidene chloride-based copolymer resin composition of the present invention, when the resin composition is in a form of a film and when the film is subjected to methanol extraction, the methanol extraction amount is from 3.0 mass% to 7.0 mass%.
