The present invention provides a feed enzyme for a ruminant containing beta-mannosidase, which is mixed with feed for an adult ruminant of 12 weeks or older having a developed ruminant stomach, or is directly injected to an adult ruminant. Therefore, the usage rate of inexpensive feed having high mannan content can be increased by using thefeed enzyme, and economic efficiency, and the growth rate, the feed efficiency, and the nitrogen use rate in a ruminant can be improved. |
