The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method which a user directly selects information, as well as providing information received from an external server. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide various methods for utilizing the provided information. A mobile terminal which is performing a function of providing information by using a graphic object containing information, comprises: a display unit; a state-sensing unit which senses state information of a mobile terminal; a wireless communication unit which communicates with an external server storing a plurality of information; and a controlling unit which, when a specific information is selected by a control command from a user, outputs a graphic object containing one or more information among the information stored in the external server on the display unit, on the basis of the specific information and the state information of the mobile terminal. The one or more information relates to the specific information and to the state information of the mobile terminal. |
