PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing belt that has a cushion property for preventing excessive grinding when removing a coated film, furthermore, maintains cutting performance and durability, and is compatible with various belt peripheral lengths.SOLUTION: The endless-shaped polishing belt includes a base material layer, a cushion layer, and an abrasive material layer and has 70 or less ASKER C hardness. The cushion layer is arranged between the base material layer and the abrasive material layer and has a thickness of 0.2 mm to 2.5 mm.
