<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detection unit and a position detection system for reducing malfunction when an imaging area is enlarged. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 3 is arranged to image an area including a projection image projected onto a projection plane from a projector. A front surface 30f of a casing 30 has an imaging lens 31 for imaging light emitted from an object onto an imaging element, and a shield member 32 is attached in front of the imaging lens 31 to shield a part of the light emitted from the object. The shield member 32 is attached to shield light incident onto the imaging apparatus 3 from outside the projection image, and the projection image to be imaged is imaged through an opening 32a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
