PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary wireless power transmission processing.SOLUTION: A power transmission device performs authentication power transmission for authentication processing to confirm whether or not an object existent in a power transmission range is a power reception device requesting power transmission. On confirming in the authentication processing that the object existent in the power transmission range is a power reception device requesting the power transmission, the power transmission device performs power transmission according to the request from the power reception device, and after the power transmission to a first power reception device is stopped, restricts the authentication power transmission in response to the reception of information, indicative of being no longer existent in the power transmission range or still existent in the power transmission range, from the first power reception device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
