PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform discount service in a planned and efficient manner.SOLUTION: By an event setting at an owner terminal 30, discount conditions indicating conditions for applying discount sales and discount capital indicating the total amount for discount in the discount event are set. A management device 20 notifies a user of the event when the discount event is set. The user notified of the event first purchases a commodity A at a fixed price in a shop T and then notifies the management device 20 of the purchase of the commodity A. The management device 20 that has received the purchase notification determines whether or not the commodity and the purchase time indicated in the purchase notification satisfy the discount conditions. Then, when determining that the discount conditions are satisfied, the management device calculates an amount for discount in the range of discount capital, and gives the user the value corresponding to the amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
