PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a control system, and a control unit to restrict switching from automatic operation to manual operation against user's will.SOLUTION: There is provided a control device 1 to control switching from an automatic operation in which a vehicle is driven automatically to a manual operation in which the vehicle is driven manually. The control device 1 includes a determination unit to determine, based on information on a steering unit of the vehicle, whether the steering unit is being touched or not, an operation determination unit to determine, after the determination unit has determined that the steering unit is being touched, whether the vehicle has been operated or not, and a control unit to control, if the operation determination unit determines that the vehicle has been operated, switching from the automatic operation to the manual operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
