PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a phosphorus-containing polyester compound and a preparation method therefor.SOLUTION: There are provided a composition of a phosphorus-containing polyester compound prepared by a condensation polymerization reaction under a condition with (A) a phosphorus-containing polyfunctional aromatic hydroxy compound, (B) a bifunctional aromatic acryl chloride and (C) a monofunctional aromatic phenolic compound as a terminal sealing agent and used as a curing agent of an epoxy resin and a preparation method therefor, which relate to a technical field of compounds. A reaction of the phosphorus-containing polyester compound and an epoxy group of the epoxy resin provides an environmental friendly halogen fee fire retardant epoxy resin cured product excellent in low dielectric property, low dielectric loss factor and heat resistance. Thereby, it can be used for a package material of an integrated circuit substrate and a semiconductor.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
