PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to simply make a contract using a sub communication terminal in parallel with a main communication terminal.SOLUTION: A main communication terminal 2 receives a signal originated from a sub communication terminal 3 and transmits a registration request including identification information of the sub communication terminal 3 included in the signal to a contract management device 1 via a communication line 4. A control unit 11 of the contract management device 1 functions as an acquisition unit 111 and a registration unit 112. The acquisition unit 111 acquires identification information of the sub communication terminal 3 not concluding a communication service contract from the main communication terminal 2 concluding a communication service contract. In a contract information database 121, as for a communication service contract of the sub communication terminal 3 identified by the identification information acquired by the acquisition unit 111, the registration unit 112 registers sub contract information including contents treated better than main contract information of the main communication terminal in the contract information database 121 in association with the main contract information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
