PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the photovoltaics and wind power generation which are renewable energies which requires immense construction cost and is difficult to repair by local residents are mainly in use at present, these do not produce employment of the area, and people, materials, and money are not almost moved greatly.SOLUTION: At the time of bioethanol production which is an early stage in a production equipment for producing hydrogen and methane from the same raw material, the electric power obtained from a small scale hydropower in combination with the bioethanol production is used, and further a raw material which is available and familiar to local residents in the small scale hydropower is used.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
