The present invention relates to a chunk-based scheduling method and to a chunk-based scheduling apparatus, capable of improving QoS upon the occurrence of congestion in a wireless communication system. The method performed by a terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of requesting a base station for chunk-based scheduling which uses an available bit rate bearer so as to receive chunk that constitutes traffic; and a step of receiving, from the base station, at least one chunk scheduled based on the time limit information of the chunk.
