Provided is a coupling structure for an electronic apparatus. The coupling structure for the electronic apparatus is a coupling structure for the electronic apparatus, comprising: a main frame; a band combined with the main frame; a fastening member formed on one side of the main frame to have a first terminal unit on an internal side surface, and an opening unit opened in one direction; and a combining unit formed on one side of the band to be inserted into the fastening unit through the opening unit, and to have a second terminal unit contacting the first terminal unit on an external surface. The present invention provides a coupling structure for the electronic apparatus which uses a flexible battery unit as a band on a user′s wrist, and simultaneously has a firm electric combination with the main frame.
