PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device for enabling a user to perform selection for intention confirmation within a reception time designated by a ground-based radio device, and to provide a method for operating the radio device and a radio device operation program.SOLUTION: A radio device 200 is mounted on a vehicle 100, transmits request information received from a roadside machine 400 outside the vehicle to a portable terminal 300, and transmits response information received from the portable terminal 300 to the roadside machine 400, the request information including time information. The radio device 200 holds the request information received from the ground-based radio device, measures a time from receiving the request information until connection with the portable terminal 300 is established while the connection with the portable terminal 300 is not established, and corrects the time information included in the request information received from the roadside machine 400 on the basis of the measured time information to transmit the corrected request information to the portable terminal 300 when the connection with the portable terminal 300 is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
