PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conceal overhead due to bank conflict, while avoiding increase in addition of resources and latency even when conformity is required in sequence of read access to an SDRAM or the like and sequence of read data.SOLUTION: An access requirement segregation unit 2 segregates access request transaction into a read access queue and a write access queue. The access queues are divided into a plurality of unit read queues and a plurality of unit write queues between two continuous requests, with different pages in a same bank defined as access destinations. A command issue unit 7 sequentially selects the unit read queue according to a sequence in the access request transaction, and alternately issues a command corresponding to the unit read queue and a command corresponding to the unit write queue to an SDRAM 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
