the server comprises: a storage unit configured to store setting information of a menu screen of the plurality of information processing apparatuses, and each of the plurality of information processing apparatuses comprises: a registration unit configured to register setting information of a menu screen displayed on the information processing apparatus; a storing unit configured to store setting information which is a synchronization target and is registered by the registration unit; a synchronization control unit configured to perform a synchronization of the setting information between the server and the storing unit; and a control unit configured to, in a case where an inconsistency occurs between a function corresponding to a button displayed on the menu screen and a display of the button, control to delete the display of the button if synchronization by the synchronization control unit is disabled.
