The beneficial effects are that the primary grounding process can be intuitively seen by an operator, and the structure is simple and operations are convenient with safety and reliability, and the case where a cut-off process is undertaken only by the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, and after the cut-off, power frequency and thunder impulse withstand voltages are undertaken by the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and an insulation gas jointly is realized, thereby reducing the possibility that an NSDD phenomenon occurs, and improving the running safety of a switch device.
