PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device capable of promoting heat radiation from an LED chip, and increasing light-emitting efficiency.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device comprises: a substrate: a first wiring formed on a surface of the substrate; a second wiring formed on the surface of the substrate; a first opening wiring formed in a first opening part and connected to the first wiring; a second opening wiring formed in a second opening part and connected to the second wiring; a third wiring formed on a rear surface of the substrate; a fourth wiring formed on the rear surface of the substrate; an LED chip including a surface, a rear surface, an anode electrode, and a cathode electrode, and arranged on the substrate so that the rear surface faces the surface of the substrate; and a translucent member formed on the surface of the substrate so as to cover the LED chip and transmitting the light emitted from the LED chip.
