PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an ink stably to a strip member by an outer peripheral part of an application roller, for forming a clear line on the strip member.SOLUTION: A line formation device applies an ink to a strip member for forming a line. An ink storage part 16 adheres the ink to an outer peripheral part 13 of a rotating application roller 11. The application roller 11 relatively moves to a line formation direction K while rotating in a state that the outer peripheral part 13 contacts the strip member, and applies the ink adhered to the outer peripheral part 13 to the strip member. A regulation part 54 comprises a storage part 55 for storing the rotating application roller 11 and opened to the ink storage part 16, and regulates adhesion of the ink to both side surfaces 14 of the application roller 11 which enters the storage part 55 from the ink storage part 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
