This plated steel sheet is provided with a steel sheet, a plating metal layer containing an Sn plating layer, and a chemical conversion layer. The plating metal layer is present on the surface of the steel sheet, and the chemical conversion layer is present on the surface of the Sn plating layer. With respect to the chemical conversion layer, the amount of P is 3-20 mg/m2, the amount of Zr is more than 5 mg/m2 but 30 mg/m2 or less, and the ratio of the amount of P to the amount of Zr, namely P/Zr is 0.35-1.00. The chemical conversion layer contains tin phosphate and zirconium (IV) oxide. |
