PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car park electronic settlement system capable of economically and simply achieving a paper-less parking ticket and enabling electronic settlement of a car park usage fee.SOLUTION: A entrance (exit) car number reading camera reads a car number and transmits same to a server device. A portable terminal includes: a beacon signal reception part that receives a beacon identification number for identifying a beacon from an entrance (exit) beacon; a beacon ID transmission part that transmits the beacon identification number along with a portable terminal identification number for identifying the terminal itself to the server device; and an electronic money settlement part that executes electronic settlement, upon receiving a virtual invoice, on the basis of the virtual invoice. The server device includes a virtual parking ticket issuing part that issues a virtual parking ticket upon receiving the car number from the entrance car number reading camera and receiving the beacon identification number of the entrance beacon and the portable terminal identification number, and issues a virtual invoice and transmits same to the corresponding portable terminal upon receiving the car number from the exit car number reading camera.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
