PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, a server device, and a program which can perform efficient credit card settlement.SOLUTION: An information processing device generates transaction data indicating a transaction content of credit card settlement that includes approval information acquired by credit inquiry processing with a credit server. The information processing device comprises: detection means which detects a communication failure that occurs between the information processing device and the credit server; generation means which, when the detection means detects occurrence of communication failure at credit inquiry processing, generates the transaction data including a blank storage field of the approval information as provisional transaction data; and transmission means which transmits the provisional transaction data generated by the generation means to an external device that stores and manages the transaction data. |
