The present invention relates to a hydrophobic and oleophobic membrane, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The hydrophobic and oleophobic membrane has a structure formed by accumulating a nanofiber, in which a spinning solution mixed with a water-repellent/oil-repellent agent, a solvent, and a polymer substance is electrospun. According to the present invention, the hydrophobic and oleophobic membrane can express water-repellent/oil-repellent properties in the entire area including a cut surface of the membrane, and can maximize water-repellent/oil-repellent properties. |
