PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire with terminal fitting of which the portion to be a cut-off wall can be manufactured as an independent component and which is easily assembled, improves a cut-off performance and prevents a core wire or a wire barrel from corroding.SOLUTION: The wire with terminal fitting comprises: a terminal fitting 2 of which one end side is formed as a tabular connection part 2b including a bolt insertion hole 2a and the other end side is formed as a cylindrical wire barrel 2c by holding both side parts; a wire 3 in which a core wire 3b exposed from an insulation coating 3a in an end portion is crimped to the wire barrel 2c; a cut-off wall piece 4 which is formed from elastomer and includes a through-hole 4a and in which the tabular connection part 2b is press-fitted into the through-hole 4a in a full circumference adhesion state; and a heat-shrinkage tube 5 which is passed outside of the cut-off wall piece 4, the wire barrel 2c and the insulation coating 3a, heated to reduce the diameter and adhered to end portions of the cut^off wall piece 4, the wire barrel 2c and the insulation coating 3a to cut off water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
