PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary window capable of continuing contact materials and smoothly opening and closing a sash.SOLUTION: A horizontal shaft rotary window comprises: a window frame 10 with indoor face piece parts 303, 305 on which first and second airtight materials 12A, 12B are attached; a sash 20; and a hinge 30. A watertight securing member 71 is fit on the window frame 10 and a watertight rotary member 81 is fit on the sash 20. The watertight securing member 71 comprises: a securing outdoor part 72 continued to the first airtight material 12A on an upper side; a securing indoor part 74 continued to the second airtight material 12B on a lower side; and a securing connection part 73 to connect the securing outdoor part and the securing indoor part. The watertight rotary member 81 is located across an outdoor face piece part 215 of the sash 20 in a depth direction of the sash 20, and consecutively contacts to a section from the securing outdoor part 72 to the securing indoor part 74 through the securing connection part 73 in a closed state of the sash 20, and rotates by opening movement of the sash 20 and lies apart from the watertight securing member 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
