PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly device for fixing a front glass wiper blade to a support medium thereof with improved reliability.SOLUTION: A first section 20 and a second section are connected to each other through detachable connection means 54 and 56. The second section includes a second groove 26 where a complementary section 18 of a wiper blade 12 is inserted thereinto to allow the wiper blade 12 to move in a first direction. A fixing device 10 has constraint means, in the groove 26, to constraint movement of the wiper blade 12 in the first direction. The constraint means includes at least one constraint element which is installed on the second section in a manner that slides in a direction practically orthogonal to the first direction between a lead-in position allowing the complementary section 18 of the wiper blade to be displaced in the second groove 26 and a constraint position constraining the movement of the complementary section 18 of the wiper blade 12 in the second groove 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
