PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for subjecting sedimentation positions of the blood inside a plurality of sedimentation tubes arranged side by side for sedimentation measurement used in the Westergren method to image processing by software, and automatically measuring each of the sedimentation positions using a camera.SOLUTION: A red blood cell sedimentation speed automatic measuring device is provided, which includes: an imaging part composed of a camera using a solid state imaging device and a holding mechanism for holding the camera; a switch for inputting to a control device the fact that the measurement is started; an input/output part composed of a display unit for receiving and lighting up a signal from the control device; and a software for analyzing a video signal transmitted from the imaging part and measuring a position between the blood plasma and the blood cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
