PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact single type high luminance LED head lamp in which heat generated at a light emission diode is efficiently released.SOLUTION: This invention is constituted in such a way that there are provided two copper plates 100 applied with a printed circuit board 102 having one of a high beam or low beam light emitting diode 101 mounted thereon; there is provided a heat conduction rod 200 integrally molded with aluminum; a plate-like intermediate part is present at a substantial central part of an upper end column and a lower end column of the rod; the copper plates are attached at both surfaces through a copper plate fixing plane arranged at the intermediate part; an open hole at a central part of an aluminum ferrule 300 is formed below a column part at a lower end of the heat conduction rod; a foot part of the heat conduction rod is rotatably fitted to a ferrule of an aluminum heat radiation pedestal 400 provided with heat radiation fins and with a cavity in its central part; an outer peripheral surface of the aluminum ferrule is press fitted at an inner peripheral surface of the ferrule of the heat radiation pedestal and fixed there; and the side surface of the aluminum ferrule is provided with a threaded hole and after an angle of the heat transmission rod is finely adjusted, the heat conduction rod is fixed by screws.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
