The present invention relates to a speed controlling device of an electric blind to allow fine control of blind wings by providing a low speed mode. The speed controlling device of an electric blind, which includes a remote control and a remote control receiver, comprises: a main control unit controlling the operation of an electric blind in response to a key input transmitted and received through the remote control; a speed control unit outputting a speed reducing signal reducing the speed when the electric blind is opened and closed; and a motor control unit controlling the rotation speed of the motor in response to the speed reducing signal and the control signal of the main control unit. The operation of the electric blind includes moving upward and downward, stopping, angle control, and minute angle control. The speed reducing signal outputted from the speed control unit reduces and supplies a motor operation voltage supplied from the motor control unit by the control of the main control unit for a predetermined period. |
