PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump capable of regulating the circumferential movement of a rocking body, and capable of achieving stable pump operation.SOLUTION: A diaphragm 20 includes support parts 20a and 20b supported by a pump case 10, a movable part 24 advancing and retreating to and from a pump chamber 12, and a flexible part 26 surrounding a circumference of the movable part 24 and having flexibility allowing the advancing and retreating movement of the movable part 24 to and from the pump chamber 12. The flexible part 26 includes at least portions 26a and 26b extended along a circumferential direction around a center axis of a rocking body 30. The rocking body 30 has a fixing surface 33 on which the movable part 24 of the diaphragm 20 is fixed. The diaphragm 20 is fixed to the rocking body 30 so that a relative angle between a surface confronting the pump chamber 12 of the movable part 24 and the fixing surface 33 of the rocking body 30 is not varied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
