摘要 An MEMS optical switch (200) and an exchanging node (300). The MEMS optical switch (200) comprises N1 input ports (210), N1 input MEMS mirrors (220), M1 output ports (240), and M1 output MEMS mirrors (230). The first input port (210) is used for transmitting a first optical signal to the first input MEMS mirror (220). The first input MEMS mirror (220) is used for reflecting the first optical signal to the first target output MEMS mirror. Along a straight line where a first deflection shaft is located, the first input MEMS mirror (220) is located on an edge of the N1 input MEMS mirrors (220), and when the first input MEMS mirror (220) reflects the received first optical signal to a first output MEMS mirror (231) and a second output MEMS mirror (232), the first input MEMS mirror (220) deflects reversely relative to a second deflection shaft. On the basis that the maximum rotation angle of the MEMS mirror is not changed, the MEMS optical switch improves the rotation angle utilization rate of the MEMS mirror.
