The present invention relates to a module unit body formed by dividing a fixed structure for installing and securing a heat exchange space and facility units with respect to a base floor, depending on spatial disposition. In the module unit body of a block type cooling tower formed by spatially dividing the fixed structure for installing and securing a heat exchange space in which a cooling medium is heat-exchanged and facility units with respect to the base floor, over an overall occupancy space, whereby the module unit bodies are coupled to provide the fixed structure. At this point, one module unit body is coupled with another module unit body without making them spaced from each other by compensating for a change in a shape caused by distortion, or the like, to provide structural stability. The module unit body comprises: a body formed to have an occupancy space by coupling a plurality of frames vertically and horizontally; a connector provided in a frame forming a side by connecting the body to at least one another body to form tension by connecting points facing each other in a diagonal direction, and a tension adjusting unit adjusting tension by the connector to compensate for a shape change of the body.
