<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl cover device capable of enhancing the reliability of an engaging claw part without degrading its appearance. <P>SOLUTION: A cowl-top cover 31 includes a cover body 36 for covering a cowl part between a windshield 14 and a body panel. The cowl-top cover 31 includes the engaging claw part 41 provided in an protruding condition on the side of rear surface 36a of the cover body 36. The engaging claw part 41 includes a claw part 41c on its rear side. A spacer 32 allows a part 51 to be fixed to adhere to the side of rear surface 14b of an edge part 14a of the windshield 14.
