摘要 The present invention relates to a system for controlling variable valve timing devices and an engine management system using the same. More specifically, the engine management system is characterized by checking operating conditions of variable valve timing devices by sensing air pressure that operates valves of the variable valve timing devices or hydraulic pressure of oil that flows into the valves; checking operation conditions of the system for controlling the variable valve timing devices, which adjusts operation of engines by controlling the variable valve timing devices, and each of the variable valve timing devices based on the check; and dispersing an engine load by controlling each of the variable valve timing devices based on the check. According to the present invention, feedback on the operating conditions of the variable valve timing devices is received, and the variable timing devices are controlled based on the feedback. Accordingly, considering the engine load, the engines are operated in optimal conditions all the time. Also, each of the engines can be operated with optimal efficiency by properly dispersing the engine load by managing and controlling the variable valve timing devices which are linked to a plurality of the engines. In order to achieve this purpose, the system for controlling the variable valve timing devices, comprises: the variable valve timing devices which regulate opening and closing timing of intake valves and exhaust valves of the engines by adjusting a flow of hydraulic pressure through valves controlled by control air pressure; a pressure sensing part which measures the control air pressure flowed into the valves of the variable valve timing devices; and engine control devices which check operation conditions of the variable valve timing devices based on information about the control air pressure measured by the pressure sensing part, and adjust operation of the engines by controlling the valves.
