A frame (100, Fig.1) for a printing screen (110, Fig.5) comprises at least a first elongate support member 10 and a second elongate support member 10 disposed opposite each other. Both elongate support members 10 are arranged to support and tension print screen (110, Fig.5) when applied to the frame (100, Fig.1). Each elongate support member 10 comprises a support element 30 and a plurality of spring elements 20. Each spring element 20 incorporates an anchor element (28, Fig.5). The print screen (110, Fig.5) is attachable to each anchor element (28, Fig.5). Subsequent to attaching the print screen (110, Fig.1) each spring element 20 returns towards its default position such that tension is applied to the print screen (110, Fig.5), The support element 30 provides a supporting surface (36, Fig.5) upon which the print screen (110, Fig.5) rests as it extends between the first and second elongate support members 10, wherein the support element 30 is located between the spring element 20 and the oppositely disposed elongate support member 10. |
