The manufacturing method of bread comprising sweetened citron and tomato puree comprises: a material preparation step; a paste manufacturing step for manufacturing flour paste; a primary fermentation step for fermenting the manufactured paste; a molding step for inserting 10-20 volume ratio of cream cheese with respect to 100 volume ratio, rolling the same as an oval shape, molding the same, and forming the sweetened citron with 1-3 mm of the thickness on the surface of the paste; a secondary fermentation step for fermenting the molded paste; and a baking step for baking the secondarily fermented molded paste.
