The present invention relates to a kit for the in vitro detection of the foetal RHD gene in a maternal plasma or serum sample, comprising at least eight specific primers for sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 to 8, or variants of said primers that are at least 90% identical, preferably at least 95% identical to the latter, or a mixture of them. The present invention also relates to the use of the kit in a method for the in vitro detection of the foetal RHD gene in a maternal plasma or serum sample. |
