Method of activation of mother liquor is as follows: unsaturated mother liquor containing 1.3 % (by weight) portland cement, 5 minutes sonicated power 140·A (10 W/cm) At frequency of 22 kHz, excitable piezoelectric or magnetostrictive transducer, through waveguide, mounted vertically to surface of solution and dipped to depth of 5 cm, introduced in powdery binder, and then mixed in mixer (1,000 revolutions/min), and poured into molds, where it remains for hardening under normal conditions.EFFECT: technical result is to increase strength of binder, reducing curing times, decrease the W/C ratio, reducing activation time.1 cl, 2 tbl |
