FIELD: chemistry; ecology.SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary treatment and storage of biomass, gasification of the biomass in a gasifier, cooling, washing and removing of dust from crude gas of gasification, storage of fresh gas. In the gasifier, use is made of an external heat source and reaction temperature is adjusted in the range of 1300-1750°C. Crude synthesis gas received in the gasifier is introduced into the cooling tower and the two-waste heat boiler. Cooled raw gas is subjected to treatment by washing and electrodeposition.EFFECT: obtained fresh gas is stored in a gas-holder; invention allows to improve the quality of raw gas.9 cl, 3 dwg |
