Single-row planetary reduction gear comprises solar gear, spider, planet pinions and crown gear, axles of pinions are fitted in pads to move within 3-4 mm in openings of discs of carrier made along arcs of circle. Between the pads and discs of carrier there are bellows filled with oil under pressure 0.1-0.2 MPa. Bellows, which are located in front of cushions along the carrier, are connected via pipeline into one closed system, and bellows placed behind the pads are connected via other pipeline into the second closed system.EFFECT: reduced weight and higher reliability.1 cl, 4 dwg |
