According to an embodiment of the present invention, a control device of a hybrid vehicle comprises: an engine controlled to be turned on and turned off using a first driving source in accordance with an operation mode and a situation; a motor operated by a three-phase alternating current supplied from an inverter using a second driving source to transmit output torque to a transmission and operated by a generator to recover regenerated energy when the motor is decelerated; an engine clutch controlling torque-coupling of the engine and the motor; an electric oil pump operated in an EV mode and an HEV mode to enable the engine clutch to have hydraulic pressure; and a hybrid controller operating the engine and supplying electrical energy to the electric oil pump using an electromotive force of the motor when a relay is turned off in a main battery during traveling of the vehicle in the EV mode. Therefore, the present invention provides the control device of a hybrid vehicle, stably supplying power to the electric oil pump during the operation of turning off the relay in the main battery. |
