PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of managing authentication information that facilitates the management of many and different kinds of authentication information and is suitable for a multi-device environment.SOLUTION: A password management program in one embodiment comprises: an information management module to manage information; a user input information acquisition module to acquire user input information; a domain name acquisition module to acquire a domain name corresponding to a login destination; a conversion rule acquisition module to acquire a conversion rule selected by a user; a password generation module to generate a password by converting a character string including user input information and a login name according to a conversion rule selected by the user; a password output module to output the generated password; a notification output module to output a prescribed notification; and a synchronization control module to synchronize information stored in a terminal device and information stored in a storage server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
