PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for LED direct driver including a major LED string, a minor LED string set, a pre-regulator, a power factor correction module and a direct driver.SOLUTION: The major LED string has multiple series-connected LED units. The minor LED string set has series-connected minor LED strings and connected to the major LED string in series. The pre-regulator has a diode rectifier and converts an AC input voltage of a power supply into a pulse DC voltage. The power factor correction module is connected to the diode rectifier and a first end of the major LED string, regulates the pulse DC voltage to be a stabilized output voltage, and drives the major LED string or the minor LED string set or drives the major LED string and the minor LED string set. The direct driver connected to each of minor LED strings has a current source and selectively turns off the selected minor LED string.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
