PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that suppresses failure in peeling a recording medium during fixing and suppresses a reduction in image intensity even when an image is fixed on a thin recording medium at a low speed.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner for electrostatic charge image development including a binder resin containing an amorphous resin and a crystalline resin and a mold release agent, and having a sea-island structure having a sea part including the binder resin and island parts including the mold release agent, where the content of the crystalline resin relative to the toner is 3.0 mass% or more and 10.0 mass% or less; the degree of maldistribution B of the island parts including the mold release agent is represented by the following formula (1): degree of maldistribution B=2d/D, where D represents the equivalent circle diameter (μm) of the toner in observation of the cross section of the toner, and d represents the distance (μm) from the center of gravity of the toner to the center of gravity of the island parts including the mold release agent in the observation of the cross section of the toner; the most frequent value of the distribution of the degree of maldistribution B is 0.75 or more and 0.90 or less; the skewness of the distribution of the degree of maldistribution B is -1.10 or more and -0.60 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
