PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fan that emits low noise, and to provide a refrigerator including the fan.SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes the fan arranged in a machine room. The fan includes: a blade; and an outer side fan casing arranged on an outer side in a radial direction of the blade.
