PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polymer particles excellent in dispersion stability and a use thereof.SOLUTION: Provided are polymer particles containing a surfactant, in which the variation coefficient of the particle diameters thereof is 15.0% or lower, by adding water of 15.0 g to the polymer particles of 5.0 g and performing dispersion treatment for 60 minutes using an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus, the polymer particles are dispersed into the water, are charged to a centrifuge tube with the inside diameter of 24 mm, and are centrifugally separated under the conditions where K factor is 6943 and a rotating time is 30 minutes using a centrifugal separator, and thereafter, a supernatant is recovered.
