<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire process machine in which the time required for rearrangement work is shortened by eliminating the work for replacing the wire nozzle part depending on the wire diameter. <P>SOLUTION: A wire guide section 16 comprises a fixed roller 20, and movable rollers 21 supported to freely approach or recede from the fixed roller 20 and clamping a wire 2 from the opposite sides in conjunction with the fixed roller 20. A wire nozzle section 17 comprises fixed nozzle guide 28, and a movable nozzle guide 30 disposed slidably and forming a nozzle opening for inserting the wire 2 in conjunction with the fixed nozzle guide 28. The movable roller 21 and the movable nozzle guide 30 are interlocked through a link mechanism 23. A tension spring 25 urges the movable roller 21 to approach the fixed roller 20. Depending on the diameter of the wire clamped by the movable roller 21 and the fixed roller 20, the movable nozzle guide 30 is slid through the link mechanism 23 thus adjusting the size of the nozzle opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
