PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand comprising a fast lock mechanism for fixing an auxiliary stand to a base part.SOLUTION: A stand comprises a strut, a base part 41, a caster, and an auxiliary stand 61, and is configured to support a display member and to freely move. The strut supports the display member. The base part 41 supports the strut. The caster is fitted below each end of the base part 41. The auxiliary stand 61 comprises a lock mechanism 7, and is configured to freely rotate between a fall prevention position where the auxiliary stand extends from the end of the base part 41 to come into contact with a floor surface and a movement allowing position where the auxiliary stand bends from the end of the base part 41 to leave the floor surface. The lock mechanism 7 has a lock angle 74 engaged with a projection part and an opening part 413 of the base part 41 respectively so that a lock spring 72 presses the lock angle 74 against the side of the base part 41, and thereby the auxiliary stand 61 is fixed to the fall prevention position and movement allowing position respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
