PURPOSE: A method for reading data in a non-volatile memory device and a method for inputting/outputting data including the same are provided to reduce initial data by applying a part of reading voltages to word-lines. CONSTITUTION: The logical value of an address selection bit is verified. Based on the logical value of the address selection bit, data is selectively stored in a multi-level cell(S100). The reading order of the multi-level cell is determined based on the logical value of the address selection bit. According to the reading order, the data is read(S200). Before the data of bits are sensed, a part of data in bits is outputted.
