The present invention relates to a hydrogel for promoting the proliferation and the differentiation of stem cells, comprising collagen and a carbon nanotube, to a manufacturing method of the hydrogel, to a method for producing nerve cells using the hydrogel, and to a pharmaceutical composition for treating nerve cells, comprising the produced nerve cells. The stem cells can be differentiated into the nerve cells, by using the hydrogel comprising the carbon nanotube of the present invention, even if an ingredient for inducing the neuronal differentiation is not included. Therefore, the hydrogel can be broadly used for recovering or regenerating the damaged nerve cells. |
